Stop by the Bainbridge Performing Arts Gallery in May for “Light, Glass, and Crows,” an exhibit of oil on canvas by Kent Holloway.

Holloway’s recent works in oils cover a variety of subject matter; some loose impressionistic works, and some more refined, but all exploring the play of light on a range of surfaces.

There will be a special artist reception and a fun evening of art, food and friends during the First Fridays Art Walk from 5 to 7 p.m. May 3.

Gallery hours throughout the month are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays plus one hour prior to each performance. Admission is free.
