Dwyer comes in out of the rain to play rousing jump blues-roots music before a stint at the Folklife Festival on Saturday. A seasoned and respected artist, Dwyer prefers busking to the bar and club circuit and has made his living for years drawing crowds on the street. With more than 40 years of orginal material to draw from, expect a mix of unvarnished,  but masterful guitar, soulful harmonica and homegrown lyrics.
