Sweethearts Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter and his household of unforgettable characters.
A true cult classic, “The Rocky Horror Show” is set to come to the Bainbridge Performing Arts stage in October, directed by Joanna Hardie, and auditions have been set for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 7 and 6:30 to 9 p.m. Monday, July 8.
The cast includes 14 to 16 roles for actors ages 18 and up. Those auditioning must be 18 at the time of auditions, and are requested to prepare a verse and chorus of pop/rock song not from musical theatre and one contrasting musical theatre song.
An accompanist will be provided, though participants must bring sheet music — clearly marked and in a three-ring binder. No outside accompanists or acapella singing is allowed.

Roles listed are representative; officials are open and excited to consider all actors for all roles, and encourage actors of all races and genders to audition.
All roles are open to audition.
Run dates are Oct. 11-13; Oct. 18-20; Oct. 25-27, with a pay-what-you-can preview on Oct. 10. Rehearsals extend Aug. 12 through Oct. 9 and are from 6:40 to 9:40 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; plus 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
