The Gallery at Grace presents “Songs of the Plateau,” monoprints by Pam Hobert, through January.

“These prints are my songs to the meadowlarks, the wind, the sky, and the foothills of the Blue Mountains of the Columbia Plateau,” Hobert noted.

“In spring, I drive east to work, to play, and to be held by open space, sky, and silence at the foothills of the Blue Mountains. These days, hours and minutes so quiet, are subtle and sublime. I feel the sacred joy, the presence and breath of all things. I feel the gentle beauty of our existence in this landscape,” she explained.

Meet the artist from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12.

Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and 8 to 11 a.m. Sundays. Grace Church is at 8595 E. Day Road.
