“Our Japanese to Enemy Aliens: Incarceration and the Role of the Local Press” will be presented at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 10 at the Bainbridge Island Library.

In advance of Bainbridge Performing Arts’ March presentation of “Snow Falling on Cedars,” Glenda Pearson, head of Microform and Newspaper Collections for the University of Washington libraries, will present a slide talk on how Seattle area newspapers covered the bombing of Pearl Harbor and the exclusion.
