“Lakeshore Christmas,” the new novel by Bainbridge Island author Susan Wiggs, is getting some bigtime play on Amazon.com’s homepage:

The book cover is featured in an ad for the Kindle book reader.

In her latest and sixth in the Lakeshore Chronicles, Wiggs, herself a volunteer at the Bainbridge Public Library, writes about the struggles of local librarian Maureen “Mo” Davenport, in the fictional town of Avalon.
