Bainbridge Performing Arts presents the final performances of The Who’s “Tommy” this weekend.

“Tommy” takes the stage at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Oct. 27 and 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28.

After witnessing the accidental murder of his mother’s lover by his father, Tommy is traumatized into catatonia, and as the boy grows, he suffers abuse at the hands of his sadistic relatives and neighbors.

As an adolescent, he’s discovered to have an uncanny knack for playing pinball, and when his mother finally breaks through his catatonia, he becomes an international pinball superstar.

The production is directed by Teresa Thuman, who previously directed the BPA productions of “The Producers,” “Noises Off,” “The Secret Garden,” “Urinetown” and “Little Shop of Horrors.”

Along with musical director Corinna Lapid-Munter and choreographer Jessica Low, Thuman leads a cast featuring Jesse Smith, Cymbeline Brody, True Terra, Gina Russell, DeSean Halley, Tim Davidson, Arie Thompson, Corinna Lapid-Munter, Justin Lynn, Taylor Hebert, Clara Hayes, Rowan Lanning, Katey Hamlin, Madelaine Figueroa, Miranda Peterson, Lesley Lemon, Ryan Henesey, Bob Reed, Morgan Leader, Eli Pitasky, Ian Eller, Jen Carrillo, Jennifer Pippin-Montanez, Denise Harris, Walt Brown, Ryan O’Donnell, Andy Seltzer, Steve Crampton, Bob Cederwall, Pete Simpson and Cade Strong.
