Get ready for some barbecue! This weekend’s weather on Bainbridge Island will be sunny and warm.

That’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Friday’s clear skies will stretch through the weekend, and Saturday will be sunny from start to finish with a high temperature near 56 degrees.

There may be a few clouds overnight as the thermometer dips to a low around 40.

But on Sunday, it will be another sunny day with even warmer weather; a high near 63 is forecast.

Skies will remain clear overnight and we’ll start the week with more sun. Monday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 62.

Soak in the sun while you can: The chance of rain returns on Tuesday.
