It takes four or more to tango

Fresh from the Tango Magic Festival in Seattle, the Argentine tango duo Julio and Mirabai will cross the water tonight for a performance with Bainbridge Island’s own Bluefish Tango.

The performance is from 8-10 p.m. at the Manette Saloon, 2113 East 11th St. in Bremerton. The quartet on its own – Bonnie Murphy on piano, Patti Beasley on clarinet, Alan Francescutti on violin and Rich McAllister on string bass – make it worth the trip. And bring shoes; dancing will follow the performance. See the Bluefish Tango website for more information.
