The Kitsap Public Health District reported 26 active cases of COVID-19 throughout the county Thursday, with the total number of confirmed infections now sitting at 279 and a positive test rate at about 2 percent.
A total of 13,057 residents have tested negative for COVID-19. So far, 17 cases of COVID-19 have been reported by the health district in July.
Of the 279 cases, 16 have been reported on Bainbridge Island, 101 in Bremerton, 44 in Central Kitsap, 53 in North Kitsap and 65 in South Kitsap. Two coronavirus-related deaths have been confirmed by Kitsap Public Health District as well.

0 – 19: 22
20 – 29: 58
30 – 39: 38
40 – 49: 40
50 – 59: 55
60 – 69: 32
70 – 79: 21
80 and older: 13
