Two mid-day hikers enjoy a walk through Hawley Cove Park, near NE Wing Point Way on Wednesday, May 9.

A recent grant will allow for the construction of an improved boardwalk and viewing platform at the park, one of the more hidden wild spots within walking distance of downtown Winslow.
