Taylor Anderson and Kayla Dye plan an outdoor garden wedding ceremony on Aug. 30, 2014 at the home of the groom’s parents, followed by good food and dancing under the stars.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Bainbridge High School and works at Century Link Field in Seattle. He is the son of Captain Ty Anderson and Nita Burks, longtime island residents.

The bride, a 2008 graduate of Tahoma High School, is a daycare center volunteer hoping for employment in the child care field. She is the daughter of Larry and Staci Murrain of Maple Valley, Washington.
