WEDNESDAY, FEB. 26

8:26 p.m. Police were called to Waterfront Park to investigate damage done to the restroom.

A syringe was found in the bathroom. It had no needle attached though the plunger was all the way depressed. The soap dispenser was damaged, the plastic containing the soap itself was broken and the soap had been sprayed all over the walls, according to the police report.

The dispenser will have to be replaced.

There are no suspects.
