THURSDAY, APRIL 23

2:28 p.m. A 45-year-old Bainbridge man reported the theft of his son’s bicycle.

The son had left the bike next to a path that leads down to the shore at Manitou Beach. He said when he came back from the beach 90 minutes later, his bike was gone but his helmet was still there.

The bike was described as a gray Canyon-brand mountain bike with orange lettering. It was valued at $3,500.
