MONDAY, JULY 10

12:12 p.m. A 36-year-old Minnesota man reported he’d been the victim of identity theft. After receiving an email informing him he’d changed the security questions for his Walmart Visa Money Card account, which he had not done, he checked his transaction log and discovered that $870 had been removed and transferred to the account of a man named “Max Joe.”

He reported a phone number and IP address attached to the suspect account and canceled the card.
