FRIDAY, MAY 4
5:36 p.m. Police were called to a dispute between neighbors in the area of Wing Point Drive, an address they had previously been called to for similar situations several times.
The couple who had called them claimed their neighbors were using a power blower on their shared street, blowing dirt and rocks onto their newly cleaned car and an area of their house they’d just painted.
They said they’d tried to explain to the neighbor they were trying to paint and clean, asking her to stop blowing dirt in their direction. The neighbor refused and continued on and also “made a rude gesture toward her buttocks.”
The couple showed police cell phone video they’d shot that corroborated their statement.
Upon talking with the neighbor, police were told she had not intentionally blown dirt at the other couple, had not meant to antagonize them.
No crime had been committed. A report was filed.
