MONDAY, JULY 10
7:57 p.m. Police responded to a noise complaint in the area of Wing Point Way.
A man was screaming quite loudly about killing someone.
Police arrived and learned they knew the man, who is known to be mentally ill and “cannot control himself.”
What had triggered the shouting that evening had apparently been an interruption in the electrical power at his home caused by nearby construction. The neighbors and original caller both said they were not concerned for their safety should he return, and no assault had occurred.
