The woman started to move forward in her 2011 Acura after the light turned green. She said she looked down for a second but then hit the rear of a 2012 Harley-Davidson.

The motorcycle fell over and the rider went with it.

The rider was treated for minor injuries and the woman was cited for inattentive driving.
