FRIDAY, JAN. 11
8:34 a.m. Quick braking and not enough space between cars ended in a three-vehicle collision on Highway 305 during morning rush hour traffic.
A 30-year-old Bremerton woman in a 2015 Honda Civic stopped short when the car in front of her braked unexpectedly. Behind her, a 59-year-old Bremerton woman in a 2014 Subaru Forrester likewise braked to avoid hitting the Civic.
Behind her, a 44-year-old Poulsbo man was unable to stop in time and drove his 2012 Chevy van into the rear of the Subaru, pushing it into the rear of the Civic.
The driver of the Civic complained of a sore neck and head, but declined medical attention.
The man was listed as the driver who caused the crash.
