The Bainbridge Island City Council will gather for a council retreat this week at city hall.

A special meeting has been called for the retreat, which is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, March 6. The meeting will be held in council chambers at city hall and is open to the public.

The agenda includes a review of the council’s priorities for 2020, a look at the citywide work plan for this year, and a discussion on the principles of city council effectiveness and success.

A closed-door executive session is also planned.
