The city of Bainbridge Island will now be offering residents the option of paying bills online.

The service went live on the city’s website this week.

Residents can pay their utility bill, renew their business license or buy a new business license through the city’s “Pay Online” addition to the website.

To access the feature, visit ci.bainbridge-isl.wa.us, go to the “Departments” drop-down tab, then scroll over “Finance.” “Pay Online” is listed as the last link.

The city of Bainbridge Island has partnered with the third-party vendor PayGov.us to offer residents the option of paying city fees using credit or debit cards.

Customers to the third-party website will be charged a separate convenience fee.
