Bainbridge park officials will meet next week to appoint officers for the board of park commissioners for next year.

Commissioners for the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District will also choose their committee members for 2019 at next week’s gathering.

The board will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan, 3 at Strawberry Hill Center, 7666 NE High School Road.

Also on the agenda is a possible motion to lift the temporary status of

the disc golf course at Battle Point Park.

Commissioners will also get a pickleball presentation for Battle Point Park.
