The Bainbridge Island Public Works Department will be performing a fire flow test between 10 and 11 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17 near Cave Avenue.

Public works officials said the testing may cause a temporary fluctuation in water pressure in the immediate area.

City officials also said that after the test concludes, customers from High School Road to Eagle Harbor may experience some discoloration in their water. If this should occur, customers are advised to run their cold water until it becomes clear.
