The city of Bainbridge Island has announced it will launch surveys to get public feedback after major projects are finished.

The Bainbridge Island Public Works Department has developed an online survey that will be linked on the city’s website to each completed public works project.

The surveys will give citizens the chance to comment directly on projects and to provide feedback in the areas of service, quality and overall customer satisfaction.

“We plan to use the responses to help measure the department’s performance, as well as to help give direct insight to the community’s thoughts and opinions on the projects being constructed,” said Interim Public Works Director John Cunningham.

The public works department is encouraging community members to review the list of projects on the City’s website, and to complete the surveys as projects are completed.
