The Bainbridge Island Public Works Department will be performing a fire flow test near Cave Avenue Friday night.

The city said the test will be between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21 and may cause a temporary fluctuation in water pressure in the immediate area near Cave Avenue.

After the test is over, city officials said customers from High School Road to Eagle Harbor may experience some discoloration in their water. If this should occur, city water customers are advised to run their cold water until it becomes clear.
