Evan Beemer graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University in commencement exercises in Fairfax, Virginia in May.
Beemer, a 2011 Bainbridge High School graduate, earned a bachelor of science degree in economics with a concentration in managerial economics and a minor in international security.
He is currently living in Fairfax, and is employed by the Farm Credit Administration.
