The Bainbridge Island City Council will have a retreat at the BI Museum of Art Feb. 3 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

It is open to the public.

Effective council/council working relationships

Effective council/manager-city staff working relationships

The challenges of group decision-making

How to provide clear direction and maintain consistent priorities

Workload challenges/priority setting.
