The annual Bainbridge Island/North Kitsap CROP Hunger Walk starts at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, at Eagle Harbor Congregational Church.

CROP Hunger Walks are a fundraising mission of Church World Service, but 25 percent of the money raised stays right in the local community. For the BI/NK event, 20 percent goes to Helpline of Bainbridge and 5 percent goes to Fishline of Poulsbo.
