Creative Grounds: Some of the island’s most beloved artworks have sprung spontaneously from the inspiration and initiative of community members. The island’s Public Art Committee, drawing inspiration from local landmarks like Frog Rock, has created a community/neighborhood art opportunity in this tradition.
