Nearing his two-year anniversary with the city of Bainbridge Island, City Manager Doug Schulze will undergo his second performance evaluation this fall.
The Bainbridge Island City Council approved the proposed evaluation process by the Falconer Group during Tuesday’s meeting.
The process will cover the city council’s interests and expectations of the evaluation and a questionnaire completed by staff and council members.
Schulze will also be asked to assess his performance and define goals for 2015.
The consultants will review the questionnaire and produce a preliminary report before bringing a final assessment to the council.
The evaluation is expected to cost $7,220.
