Utility crews will begin flushing city water mains beginning next Monday, April 4.

The process, which occurs annually, is expected to be completed within two months.

Signs will be posted in each neighborhood prior to flushing.

The city advises that customers who experience low water pressure or discolored water should avoid running water for one hour. After one hour, customers should run their cold water for 5 minutes or until it is clear.
