Thank you very much for your generous support of the West Sound Hockey Club Jr Warriors (Squirts team) at Town & Country Market in Winslow.

The ice hockey players were raising money to support their trip to Everett for a tournament in two weeks. We met so many generous donors who have kids in sports now or who enjoyed sports as a kid. The players received many compliments on their friendliness and developed confidence in representing their team. Thank you so much for your generous donations.

The West Sound Hockey Club is located in Bremerton and draws players from as far south as Gig Harbor and Belfair. Approximately half of the players are from Bainbridge, many first finding their skating legs on the roller rink at Battle Point Park. (Roller Hockey registration is now open: www.bihockey.org)

Ice hockey registrations for youth and adult will be open soon as well. Public skating is available now and throughout the summer — a great way to cool off. Check www.bremertonicecenter.com for the schedule and links to more information.
