The One Girl organization will host the Do It In A Dress Fun Run this Saturday at Battle Point Park.

One Girl is helping send girls to school in Sierra Leone. Go Run, a local girl’s running program for fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders, is partnering with One Girl for the fundraising event, which is being put on as a high school senior project by Bainbridge High student Rowan Atherley.

The 1-mile fun run is from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29. The run is free, but suggested donations of $10 are welcome.
