An expert on fly tying will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of the Bainbridge Island Fly Fishers.
The group will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26 at Seabold Hall.
Brita Fordice — a native Washingtonian, working guide, and a highly skilled fly tier who has been covered in several fly fishing publications (check out the summer 2016 edition of Summer Culture on the Fly magazine) — will share her knowledge on fly tying, materials and fishing experiences from local waters, to Alaska, Idaho and the Bahamas.
All adults and families are invited to attend. Bring a fly or $1 and participate in a raffle to win a nice selection of flies.
Seabold Hall is at 14450 Komedal Road NE.
