With the start of the high school football season rapidly approaching, the Bainbridge Island Football Boosters are looking for islanders to help out the home team.

The boosters are seeking general business sponsors for the 2013-2014 Bainbridge High football season, and offer three different sponsorship levels ranging from $250 to $1,000. Each level includes a full-color advertisement in the seasonal football program.

The Bainbridge Island Football Boosters will also host a fundraiser at Wing Point Golf & Country Club from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24. The event will include casino-themed games and activities as well as a silent auction. General admission is $20.

All funds received through the casino event and sponsorships will benefit the BHS football program and will be used to help purchase new equipment, provide essential training and conditioning programs and help fund football participation fees for those players needing financial assistance.
