The 10th annual Women’s Wellness Seminar, featuring Virginia Mason physicians, will be held from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Bainbridge Athletic Club.

The club is at 11700 NE Meadowmeer Circle. The event is free and open to the public.

Discussion topics will focus on issues that women face as they age, such as pelvic floor problems and osteoporosis. The panel of medical experts will also offer tips for maintaining health and wellness.

Virginia Mason providers who will lead the discussion and answer questions are doctors Kim Leatham, Elizabeth Reilly, Kathleen Kobashi, Alvaro Lucioni, Una Lee and Blair Washington, and physical therapist Lesley Weinberg.

Bainbridge Athletic Club instructors will lead participants in a stretching exercise. Light refreshments will be served.
