Kolin Hawkins of Bainbridge Island, a junior at Boise State University, earned highest honors in his mechanical and biomedical engineering program — making straight As in all of his coursework — for the 2018 spring semester.

His achievement merits his inclusion in the BSU College of Engineering Dean’s List, according to Dr. JoAnn Slama Lighty, Dean of the College of Engineering at Boise State.

Hawkins, a former captain of Bainbridge High Spartronics Robotics team, has earned his fourth straight inclusion on the dean’s list. He is a mechanical engineering major at BSU with a minor in electrical engineering.
