Trained and certified enrollment specialists from Peninsula Community Health Services will be available to answer questions and provide enrollment assistance at the Bainbridge Public Library from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, Nov. 4, 18 and 25.

Experts can give information about the health care exchange, identify eligibility for reduced premiums and walk you through the enrollment process.
