Jeremy Joshua Larose was arrested and booked into Kitsap County Jail on Saturday, May 31.

According to the statement of probable cause in the case, police were called to a parked car near Stottlemeyer and Gunderson roads for a welfare check on a man who was seen sleeping in a Honda Accord parked in a turnout on Stottlemeyer Road just after 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
