Two students from Bainbridge Island have been awarded undergraduate degrees from the University of San Diego.

Julia Cassella earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, and she also graduated with cum laude honors.

Elizabeth Von Ruden earned a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Spring 2018 Graduation Day was May 27.

The University of San Diego has more than 8,000 students from 77 countries and 44 states, and is the youngest, independent institution on the U.S. News & World Report list of top 100 universities in the United States.
