Kitsap Transit will host several informational sessions at various locales throughout the county in the coming weeks to educate citizens about proposed changes to local routes and services.

There will be no formal presentation during these events, officials said, but people can attend to learn about proposed changes and share input and feedback.

The sessions will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.Wednesday, Oct. 17 in Givens Community Center (1026 Sidney Ave., Port Orchard); and from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18 at the Bainbridge Public Library (1270 Madison Ave. North).
