Learn about time banking and how the West Sound Time Bank works.  A time bank transforms our ability to share the skills and talents of everyone in our community, providing a resource to enrich all of our lives. An on-line time banking system coordinates the services you give and receive, allowing you to spend your credits for any service offered.
