Oscar and Bandi are this week’s adoptable pets

This week’s adoptable pets are Oscar and Bandi.

For adoption through PAWS:

Oscar is a very handsome shorthaired tabby with gorgeous green eyes who came to PAWS after his owner died and no one from the family could take him.

He is a friendly boy who is OK with most cats. You can meet him and many others at the PAWS Pleasant Beach adoption center, open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

For adoption through Kitsap Humane Society:

Meet Bandi! He is a striking lab/boxer mix who is about 3 years old.

Bandi is a bit on the shy side, and takes some time to warm up to people, but once he does he is a total sweetheart.

Bandi enjoys going for walks and does well on a leash. He likes having a crate to go to when he needs some quiet time.

Bandi is looking for a quiet and patient home with someone who will help him learn that people aren’t so scary. He is still learning house training, and will need a dedicated adopter willing to work with him on training. Bandi needs a home (no apartments please) without kids under the age of 12, as they can be a bit too overwhelming for this shy boy.

Bandi also needs a home without cats — they’re just way too fun to chase! Do you have the perfect home for Bandi? Meet Bandi and other adoptable pets at Kitsap Humane Society, www.kitsap-humane.org.
