Stefani Paul has earned a bachelor of science degree in communication science and disorders at Rockhurst University.

Rockhurst University awarded nearly 700 degrees at its 94th annual commencement ceremony Saturday, May 17, at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri.

Paul, of Bainbridge Island, graduated summa cum laude.

In keeping with the student-centered focus at Rockhurst, the program featured two student speakers: Quentin Savwoir, Kansas City, who received bachelor of arts degrees in communication and political science; and Caitlin Flournoy, Overland Park, Kansas, who received a master of education in secondary education.

Rockhurst University is one of 28 Catholic, Jesuit universities in the United States.
