Puget Sound Energy officials are reporting that power has been restored to most customers along Hart Lane.

Only four customers on Hart Lane remain without power after a worker struck an underground power line early Wednesday. The worker, a 19-year-old man, hit the line with a pick ax while digging at about 11 a.m.

The worker was shocked when he struck the line, and was transported to a local hospital for observation.

The incident knocked out power for 75 residents in the area. Puget Sound Energy switched the customers to another circuit, restoring most power to the area.
