‘Purr-fect’ adoption event at Bainbridge Island City Hall

If you’re feline like adopting a cat, you can next week at Kitty Hall.

Yes, you read that right. Next week, Bainbridge Island City Hall will become Kitty Hall for the day.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 15 the Kitsap Humane Society and PAWS of Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap are partnering with the city of Bainbridge Island for a Kitty Hall adoption event in the council chambers.

Join city officials and the community to see kittens and cats who are looking for new homes.

There will be a chance to play and cuddle with the animals up for adoption.

“I’m so happy to invite our community to participate in this event to help cats and kittens find forever homes on Bainbridge Island,” said Bainbridge Councilwoman Sarah Blossom.

“I hope that you will join us in supporting the Kitsap Humane Society and PAWS of Bainbridge Island at what promises to be a purrfect day.”
