Ramona J. Clark “Sis,” 79, of Bainbridge Island passed away Aug. 12, 2016.
Sis was born April 11, 1937 in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Harry and Evelyn (Joyce) Lindstrom. She spent most of her life in the Midwest until her family moved to Seattle where she met her husband Allen “Buster” Slagle. They had four children and moved to Bainbridge Island in 1965.
She remarried Doc A. Clark Jr. in 1985.
She leaves behind her daughters, Terri Laurence, JoAnn Gipson, Deana Boyle (Jim); her son Scott Slagle; her two step-sons Lou Clark and Ken Clark; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; special friend Laura Peterson, of Messenger House, who was like a daughter to her; and four siblings, Marie Hall (Donald); Pam Beyers (Bob); Jim Lindstrom (Emily); and Gary Lindstrom (Linda).
A memorial gathering will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17 at the Eagles Hall, 4230 NE Lincoln Road, Poulsbo.
