Ritualo is now chef at Cho Sushi

Mathew Ritualo, a 2008 graduate of Bainbridge High School, is now working as the sous chef at Cho Sushi, a Japanese fusion restaurant in Austin, Texas.

Ritualo is a December 2010 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, in Austin.
