Drivers hoping to catch a ferry to Seattle are facing a 90-minute wait at the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal Tuesday afternoon.
Washington State Ferries said delays are due to heavy traffic at the terminal following the loss of the ferry M/V Tacoma.
The Tacoma was pulled from the Bainbridge ferry route early Tuesday afternoon for emergency repairs.
The Bainbridge route will have one-boat service until further notice, according to WSF.
The trouble with the Tacoma is an electrical issue, and crews are working at the vessel at Colman Dock, said WSF spokesman Ian Sterling.
