The Bainbridge Island Visually Impaired Persons Support Group will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Dale Spoor will detail what the Bainbridge Ometepe Sister Island Association has been doing for the blind community on Bainbridge’s sister island in Nicaragua. Come hear how Bainbridge Islanders have made a difference in the lives of Nicaraguan VIPs touched by specific projects and also scholarships for university study.
